MY PHILOSOPHY

For over twenty years I have been asking one simple question:
How can we help the body heal, regenerate and age more healthily?
That question has taken me from Traditional Chinese Medicine to neuroscience, fascia research, cosmetic acupuncture, women's health and regenerative aesthetics.
Rather than seeing these as separate disciplines, I believe they are all connected.
My work brings together ancient wisdom and modern scientific understanding to help practitioners - and the people they care for -achieve better outcomes naturally, ethically and confidently.
Whether I'm teaching cosmetic acupuncture, exploring fascia, supporting women through menopause or developing new clinical tools, the philosophy remains the same:
Treat the whole person, not just the visible problem.

Hi, I'm Amanda Shayle
I'm an acupuncturist, educator, researcher and international speaker with more than two decades of clinical experience. As the founder of Acuregen and inventor of Thrive® intradermal needles, my work bridges Traditional Chinese Medicine, fascia science and modern research to help practitioners and patients embrace healthier, more natural approaches to ageing and wellbeing.
From teaching around the world to developing innovative training programmes and products, my passion has always been the same: to ask better questions, challenge conventional thinking, and help people look and feel their very best.
